The insurance policy itself was a very good deal but the customer servise let me down. I have sent many emails to fix a spelling error in my name and nobody answered. I have even tried to reach the London and PAris office.

Nice and easy subscription but the response time during Christmas and New Year period until the second week in January was catastrophic. No replies by email and on top, the website not available. Due to that fact, I could get my insurance only as from February, so with a delay of 1 month. Otherwise...
